The focus for the Keystone should be:
- Spiritual - the analogy used is that the Keystone is the spark while the Development works on stoking the fire.
- It should have its ear to the ground as to the spiritual openings (e.g. the Catechism parents coming together to form a prayer group)
- It is to find out what are the needs of the Church. It should be doing the programmes.
As in the words of the Archbishop William Goh, we should complete each other and not compete against each other.
